The ZZZS network of operations
The Institute conducts its business through its 10 regional units and 45 branch offices. Each regional unit supplies services in a designated area. Within each regional unit, a network of branch offices supplies individual communities. To supply the fields of information processing, autonomous functional unit have been set up. Such an operation network ensures the highest possible level of accessibility of services to the insured persons.
The office hours provided by individual organisational units for the insured persons, are:
Monday and Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and 1 p.m to 3 p.m.,
Wednesday: 8 a.m to 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.,
Friday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
