Consulting hours
Providers of medical services must offer their services to insured persons during the consulting hours determined in their contractual agreements with the ZZZS and equally allocated throughout the year.
The contractual agreements between medical services providers and the ZZZS determine afternoon consulting hours for individual activities that require at least one fifth of the overall contractual consulting time. Afternoon consultations are from 16.00 to 20.00, or until the beginning of on-call duty.
The ZZZS offers all Internet users:
- full access to consulting hours by individual providers of medical services determined annually in contractual agreements between the ZZZS and providers of medical services.
